1. Acceptance

By visiting this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please simply close the page. Nothing about this site requires you to share any personal information.

2. Nature of the site

The site shows photographs of three public political figures and a click counter for each. Clicking a button only increments an anonymous counter on the server. It is not a ballot, it has no legal force, and the totals shown are casual click counts, not opinion-poll data, not exit-poll data, and not an election result.

Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an announcement, endorsement, or prediction by any political party, government body, or election authority.

3. No election services

The site does not register voters, does not accept real votes, does not transmit information to any election authority, and does not influence official outcomes in any way. It does not provide polling-booth information, candidate verification, or campaign donations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to overwhelm the server with automated traffic.
• Attempt to break, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Misrepresent the click counters as official election results anywhere else.
• Use the site to harass, defame, or threaten any person.

5. Content and intellectual property

Photographs of the named public figures are shown for the purpose of identification in this fan project under fair-use commentary. If you are a rights holder and would like an image taken down, please email contact@aarakumcm.online and it will be removed in good faith.

Names of public figures, parties, and alliances are used purely to identify them and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or association.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. The click counts may be reset, paused, or removed at any time without notice. Availability is best-effort only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this hobby project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Use it casually and do not rely on its contents for any decision of importance.

8. Takedown and corrections

If anything on the site is inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, please email contact@aarakumcm.online. Reasonable requests — including from public figures shown on the page — will be honoured.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change when they do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing context

The project is run from India and the local laws of India apply where relevant. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
